Fragmented was inspired by the novel 'The Crystal World by J.G Ballard. It focuses on the environment and setting Ballard describes throughout the novel. I used images of the location of the piece, the Joseph Banks Conservatory in Lincoln. I then edited these images to intensify the colours captured and created small shapes that hung within the space fragmenting the space around the viewer.
